About
The hotel that answers.
gohotel builds the voice layer for hospitality: AI agents that pick up the reservation line and the phone beside the bed, act on what is said, and hand over to a person the moment a person is what is needed.
What we believe
Six positions that decide what we build.
These are not values on a wall. Each one has removed a feature from our roadmap at some point.
01
A ringing phone is an operational failure, not a nuisance.
Every unanswered call is either revenue that went to another property or a guest deciding how to describe you in a review. It is the cheapest problem in hospitality to fix and the most commonly tolerated.
02
Nobody should have to replace their systems to answer the phone.
Hotel software has spent two decades demanding rip-and-replace. We start by making what you already own answer, and let you decide later whether you want more.
03
An action is worth more than a summary.
A transcript that a human still has to read has moved the work, not removed it. The agent has to create the reservation, raise the request, and tell the guest when it will happen.
04
Some calls must reach a person.
Safety, medical situations, distress and disputes are routed to a human by rule. That path cannot be configured away, and we will not sell a version where it can.
05
The guest should be spoken to like a guest.
“Your towels are on the way — about eight minutes” is service. “Request processed successfully” is a log line. We write the first kind everywhere, including in error states.
06
Say what is built. Say what is not.
This site contains no invented customers, no borrowed logos, no unverified metrics and no certifications we do not hold. Where a number would normally sit, we have left it out.
The name and the mark
A doorway, drawn as a letter.
The wordmark is lowercase because the product is meant to sit quietly inside an operation, not shout over it. The “o” is drawn as a doorway — an arch on two legs, over a threshold — because a door is what a hotel is: a thing that opens for people.
The mark is always drawn, never typed. It never rotates, never changes colour, and never loses its threshold line. The domain is not part of it.
Your hotel is already receiving calls.
Now let every call become service.
Pilot properties are being accepted now. A voice-only pilot on one property starts with your existing phone number and your existing systems.
