01
Problem
Hotel phones ring when nobody can answer them. A missed reservation call is lost revenue; a missed in-stay request is a bad review. Staffing the phone around the clock is the one fix most properties cannot afford, and the smaller the property, the worse the ratio.
02
Product
Voice agents that answer external and in-room calls, act on what is said, and write the result into the property’s systems. Three packaged tiers cover a roadside motel, a boutique hotel, and a multi-property group without three separate codebases.
03
Why voice
The phone is the one interface every property already has and every guest already knows. It requires no app, no QR code, no guest behaviour change — and it is the interface where failure is most expensive.
04
Why hospitality
Requests are bounded, repetitive and high-volume; outcomes are verifiable; and the industry already accepts per-property software subscriptions. The same conversation also produces the operational data that makes the next tier valuable.
05
Three-product strategy
One engine, three commercial shapes. GoMotel wins single-operator properties on price and simplicity, Pro wins departmental hotels on routing and SLA, Premium wins estates on deployment, permissions and multi-property control.
06
Integration-first adoption
Nothing has to be ripped out. Selling a voice layer alongside an incumbent PMS removes the largest objection in hotel software and shortens the first contract to a pilot decision.
07
Platform expansion
Once the agent creates reservations and requests, it is already writing to the systems of record. Extending from writing records to owning them is a product decision for the customer, not a re-sale.
08
Business model
Recurring per-property subscription with usage-based voice revenue on top, and higher-tier recurring revenue when a property adopts the operating platform. Implementation and integration work is priced separately.
09
Operational data loop
Every call produces intents, outcomes, resolution times and language mix. That record improves routing and knowledge coverage for the property, and improves defaults for the next property in the same category.
10
Multi-property opportunity
A pilot is one property; a decision is an estate. Brand-wide rules with property-level knowledge is the structure that makes an estate roll-out a configuration exercise instead of a new sale each time.
11
Go-to-market
Direct pilots for independent properties, integration partners for reach into installed bases, and estate-level conversations for groups. Pilot properties are being accepted now.
12
Product roadmap
Deeper PMS and CRS coverage, more languages per deployment, richer approval workflows, chain-level analytics, and messaging channels running on the same intent engine.
