These terms apply to your use of gohotel.io. Use of the gohotel products themselves is governed by the agreement signed between gohotel and the property, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Simulated environments
Every dashboard, console, call and analytic view on this site is a simulation running on synthetic data, and is labelled as such wherever it appears.
Property names, guest names, room numbers, reservation references, request identifiers, metrics and call transcripts shown in those environments are invented. They do not describe any real property, guest, customer or deployment, and they are not a representation of performance.
Illustrative pricing
Pricing published on this site is provisional launch pricing shown for illustration. It may vary by usage, telephony, language, integration scope, deployment model and support requirements.
Nothing on this site — including any figure produced by the estimate calculator — is a quote, an offer, or a commitment to supply at a stated price. A binding price comes only in a written proposal.
Forward-looking statements
Descriptions of roadmap, planned capabilities and market opportunity are statements of current intent, not promises. Capabilities described as available today are available today; anything else is identified as planned.
Intellectual property
The gohotel name, the doorway wordmark, the site design and the product interfaces shown here belong to gohotel. Third-party system categories are referred to generically; no affiliation, endorsement or partnership is implied by any reference on this site.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or submit forms with information you are not entitled to provide.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, gohotel is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here. For decisions that matter, ask us and get it in writing.
